An Osceola County man was arrested Tuesday on sale and delivery of heroin, deputies said.

Investigators with the Osceola County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday conducted a search warrant at 45-year-old Luis Dejesus-Rodriguez's home in Kissimmee.

The Sheriff's Office had received "numerous complains about criminal activity at the residence," deputies said.

Rodriguez was charged with sale and delivery of heroin after agents took 2.6 grams of heroin and multiple items of drug paraphernalia into custody.

Rodriguez was booked into the Osceola County Jail. He's a registered sexual predator, deputies said.

The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges are pending.
