Poor boating conditions and high surf is on the way through Thanksgiving! High surf advisories possible with coastal flood advisories already in effect for Flagler county northward through Thanksgiving evening. High rip risk will make it very dangerous to swim. Only strong surfers should enter the water.

A few coastal showers as we head towards our big Wednesday travel day. The best chance will be along I-95, but a few light showers may make it inland. A 30 percent chance for the beaches and a 20 percent chance or less inland. Highs will be in the upper 70s.

Winds will remain high off of the Atlantic on Thanksgiving. That means the same coverage of showers but more clouds along the coast and the eastern half of Central Florida. Beach erosion and dangerous surf remains through Friday and into the weekend. Highs near 80 inland and upper 70s along the beaches.
