Thanks to a donation, the Brevard Humane Society will be raffling off a vehicle to raise money for their adoption centers.

The 1992 Pearl White Nissan 300 ZX was donated by Audrey Sheekey in memory of her husband, Bruce, who recently passed away.

The Sheekeys were animal lovers and adopted Hotchi, a Chihuahua mix, from the Humane Society's Merritt Island Adoption Center in August 2013.

The car is a five-speed standard, two-door coupe with 100,000 miles (no warranty-as is) on it. The car has had one owner and has been kept in a garage since its purchase.

Only 1,000 raffle tickets will be sold at $25 each (no limit), providing about $25,000 for the Humane Society to use to help care for the homeless animals at their adoption centers in Cocoa and Merritt Island.

The drawing will be held Dec. 31 at the Cocoa adoption center.

Tickets will be available for purchase at:
