New video released Monday shows the view from a Seminole County sheriff's helicopter of a deadly rollover crash last week that killed two people thought to be involved in a string of burglaries and sent three others to a hospital.

It all began earlier the morning of Nov. 9, when investigators said the suspects burglarized five homes, a spree which ended in a deadly crash on State Road 417.

The video released Monday showed a deputy pull over a stolen orange Corvette. The burglary suspects can be seen jumping out, leaving the car in drive, and an officer running to put the car in park.

Investigators said the men who jumped out of the Corvette were picked up by more suspects driving a stolen Acura.

Minutes later, a sheriff's helicopter spotted the Acura driving more than 90 mph, cutting off cars and driving on the shoulder of the road moments before it clipped a motorcyclist, who was not hurt.

Officers up ahead on S.R. 417 then deployed stop sticks, which the Acura hit and then overcorrected, causing it to roll.

Four of five people inside the car were ejected. The two killed were identified Monday as Adarius Brown, 19, of Palm Coast and Antonio Henry, 22, of Orlando.

Investigators said they found a gun and stolen jewelry at the scene of the crash, and they think everyone in that crash was involved in the burglaries earlier in the day.

Charges are still pending for the three survivors of the crash, identified Monday as:

  • Eric Fairclough, 18
  • Spencer Thompson, 18
  • Sonny Lee Thorton, 19

All are of Orlando.

Correction: This story has been updated to correct the names of two of the five men in the Acura.
