Charges have been dropped against the two U.S. Army recruiters who were accused of having sex with an Osceola County teenager.

The State Attorney's Office dropped the charges Friday, according to records.

John Back, 33, and Christopher Doner, 30, were arrested in December and accused of having sex with a 17-year-old girl they met at Harmony High School.

Doner and Back worked in the Kissimmee Army recruiting office and frequently visited high schools to recruit.

Both cases were closed, according to the State Attorney's Office.
