The Florida Highway Patrol is monitoring an area in Marion County because of a prescribed burn.
A 1,400-acre prescribed burn is being conducted in the area of County Road 42 and Southeast 252nd Avenue.
Motorists are urged to use caution in these areas as visibility may quickly deteriorate, especially during the night and early morning hours.
Drivers should use low beam headlines and reduce their speed if they encounter these conditions.
