A satellite TV worker is in jail in Volusia County, accused of sexually assaulting a woman while setting up her television service.
Martin Roque is accused of touching the customer inappropriately and exposing himself at her home in New Smyrna Beach. The woman told a 911 operator that Roque began making the advances after he told her that he worked part time as a masseuse, and she mentioned she had some neck pain. He repeatedly offered to help her, which she said she said no to.
That's when the victim said Roque grabbed her by the crotch and he unzipped his pants. She said she managed to get away. Roque then left.
Police said they arrested Roque when he went to the police department.
Roque was charged with battery and exposure of sexual organs.
