A 15-year-old boy, who is accused of raping two little girls he was supposed to be watching, will be in court again on Monday.

The alleged abuse began last summer in Osceola County, according to investigators. The teen was arrested earlier this month.

The suspect appeared before a judge on Wednesday, September 24, for a routine hearing.

Investigators with the Kissimmee Police Department say the teen raped both young girls, ages 6 and 7, at least 50 times while he was supposed to be babysitting them.

According to the arrest report, the teen told the girls he would hit them if they told anyone about the alleged abuse, which police believe had gone on for over a year.

The teen was on probation for possession of marijuana when he was arrested by police; the violation of probation charge will be combined with the sexual battery charges as the result of an agreement between defense attorneys and the prosecution.

At his second appearance on Monday, the teen could be offered a plea deal, or be formally charged as an adult.
