A Flagler County woman with a lengthy history with local law enforcement found herself back in the county jail over the weekend.

Deputies and medical crews responded Saturday night to a report of a woman lying in the middle of the street in Bunnell.

The woman, 34-year-old Wanda Hadley, woke up and refused a trip to the hospital.

As deputies tried to find a safe place for her to go for the evening, she told them they should just take her to jail — but deputies said she had not done anything to warrant an arrest.

That, deputies said, was when Hadley said, "I'll give you a reason, then."

According to an arrest report, Hadley then walked up to a patrol car, which deputies said was clearly marked as a K-9 police dog vehicle, and kicked the door.

Deputies arrested Hadley on charges of taunting a police K-9 and disorderly conduct. She was booked into the Flagler County Jail late Saturday night.

Jail records showed Hadley had 10 previous arrests on record dating back to 2008 on various charges including petit theft and possession of a controlled substance.
