Three employees of an Orange County residential autism center are out of a job.

This comes after they were arrested yesterday and accused of abusing three residents of the Threshold Center for Autism in Winter Park.

We're told another former employee recorded the alleged abuse on his smart phone.

According to investigators, the video shows the Center residents being slapped, hit, and in one case, even jumped on!

That video and witness statements led to the arrests of Shenika Abraham, Kenneth Hampton Junior and Michael Meeks.

Abraham,  Hampton Junior and Meeks each face up to five years in prison if convicted.

A spokesperson for the Threshold Center for Autism released this statement after the arrests, saying quote:

An evaluation of the matter has also allowed other corrective actions, so that this type of situation does not repeat itself as Threshold Center for Autism has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to any physical or mental abuse of our clients.
