One of the top public health workers for Orange County is stepping down from his post.
Dr. Kevin Sherin has been the director of the Florida Department of Health in Orange County for 10 years.
He's moving to California for a statewide post.
Locally, Dr. Sherin helped to expand health care to low-income residents, and also secured the largest federal grant in the department's history.
