A Seminole County judge on Sunday morning denied bond for Daquan "Bobo" Butts, the man who was arrested Friday and accused of shooting of two people, including a 10-year-old boy who was riding his bike.

Butts, 21, was arrested by the Sanford Police Department around 6 p.m. — about a week after the shooting.

Police said Butts was in an argument before firing a gun that hit two people, including fourth-grader Jeremiah Taylor in the stomach.

Taylor is in stable condition.

Butts is scheduled to appear before a judge again Oct. 28.
