A Volusia County inmate is facing more charges for allegedly sending an anthrax threat to the county courthouse.

Jeremy Addison is accused of sending a letter with a powdery substance claiming to be Anthrax to the courthouse on Tuesday.

The powder was not Anthrax, but it was a narcotic.

Addison is now facing serious charges including corruption by threat to a public servant, written threat to kill or injure, and narcotics charges.

Addison was already in jail on multiple charges, including attempted robbery with a deadly weapon. He's now facing an additional five charges.
