A Seminole County judge has been charged with ethics violations.

Judge Linda Schoonover was elected to the bench in 2010. The Judicial Qualifications Commission said some of Schoonover's actions over the last three and a half years have been "bizarre" and "disruptive."

Some of the things she's been accused of doing include retaliating against someone involved in a trial she was presiding over after that person did not accept her friend request.

She's also accused of believing her office was bugged and installed her own video camera to record movements of others.

And investigators said Schoonover believed other judges were out to get her because she defeated an incumbent.
