The Flagler County Sheriff's Office said it is looking for a missing 17-year-old girl who has not been seen in more than a week.

Deputies said Tereasa Padilla, of Palm Coast, was reportedly dropped off by her guardian at Wickline Park in Flagler Beach around 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 1.

Padilla was last seen nine days later, on Sunday, Aug. 10, by a Department of Children and Families investigator leaving her mother's home on the 2600 block of South Central Avenue, in Flagler Beach.

Deputies said they believe Padilla is in the Flagler Beach area and possibly staying at a home on South Ocean Shore Boulevard.

Tereasa Padilla is about 5 feet, 4 inches tall and approximately 200 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, deputies said.
