The case of the mother accused of trying to drown her children by driving them into the ocean was back in court Monday in Volusia County.
Ebony Wilkerson was charged with three counts of attempted murder and 3 counts of child abuse. A courthouse official said she did not attend Monday's hearing on medication changes.
A video shows Wilkerson driving her minivan into the Atlantic Ocean March 4, near the approach to Silver Beach Road in Daytona Beach.
Lifeguards and several beachgoers rescued the children, then 3, 9 and 10 years old.
Wilkerson was 27 weeks pregnant with her fourth child at the time of the incident. She gave birth in mid-May.
She bonded out of jail Friday, May 30, two days after a judge reduced her bond to $90,000 from $1.2 million.
