A 30-year-old Marion County man is behind bars, charged with capital sex battery on a minor.
Detectives said the investigation began when the 9-year-old told them about inappropriate sexual contact with James Hannah, of Ocala.
The alleged sex battery happend on or around May 18, 2014.
Detectives said Hannah admitted to being around the child.
Hannah remains locked up at the Marion County Jail without bond.
