Looking for work? Well, Orlando-based Middlesex Asphalt is hiring a local crew for work on I-75.

The company is looking for 75 workers to fill a variety of positions, including field, project and office engineers; surveyors, bridge and roadway superintendents; construction crew leads; fleet managers; carpenters; pipe layers; equipment operators; truck drivers and laborers.

Hiring events are set for Monday, July 14, at the CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion career center, at 2703 N.E. 14th St., in Ocala; and Monday, July 21, at the College of Central Florida’s Citrus County campus in Lecanto.

Both events will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Candidates must have experience in different construction areas, a valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation to various worksites.
