A 43-year-old Marion County man is out of jail following his arrest for lewd and lascivious conduct.
A 16-year-old girl told detectives Damon had a sexual conversation with her through social media.
During that investigation, detectives discovered a second victim. The 15-year-old said Damon touched her inappropriately.
Damon was booked into the Marion County Jail Monday afternoon and released five hours later.
