Prosecutors in Marion County won't charge the man accused of killing another man in a Wal-Mart parking lot.
According to the sheriff's office, the man was just defending himself under Stand Your Ground.
Deputies say the two men got into a fight earlier this month during a truck show outside an Ocala-area Wal-Mart.
One of the men shot the other one several times.
