An teenage boy is being charged with 50 counts of capital sexual battery.

At this time the boy has not been charged as an adult, and we will follow the News 13 Crime Guidelines and will not be identifying the boy.

Investigators said the boy committed these acts while he was babysitting for family friends in Osceola County.

The investigation began earlier this week, when the six-year-old victim's grandmother spoke to deputies, concerned that the teen was sexually abusing the girl while watching her and a five-year-old sister.

The report contains some very graphic and disturbing details. Investigators said the abuse could have been going on for about a year.

The report said the teen babysat for the girls about 50 times during that time period.

The six-year-old girl did tell detectives that the teen touched her inappropriately, and then told her not to tell anyone.

The 15-year-old did deny most of the allegations and said only that he may have injured one of the girls in a pillow fight.

Investigators said the 15-year-old boy has been in trouble with the law before. He was arrested for possession of marijuana. In addition to the sexual battery charges, he has also been charged with violating his probation relating to that marijuana arrest.
