Police have identified a suspect in connection to a deadly shooting that took place early Sunday morning outside of a bar in Volusia County.
Ian Maddox, 23, is now wanted for one charge of first-degree murder and two charges of second-degree murder in connection to the shooting that killed one person and injured two others.
One person is dead and two people were injured in a late-night shooting outside of a bar in , police said.
Daytona Beach police responded to the Circus Bar, located at 1256 Mason Ave., around 1:36 a.m. Sunday, in regard to shots being fired outside of the bar.
When they arrived, they found Cory Kiser, 27, on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. He was treated at the scene and then transported to Halifax Health Medical Center, where he later died.
He was shot "numerous times" with an unknown weapon, police said.
Melissa Gonzalez, 33, suffered a gunshot wound to the hand. Another victim, 34-year-old Bobby Candidate, showed up to the hospital with a gunshot wound to his leg.
Police urge people to be careful because Maddox should be considered to be armed with a firearm.
