A man who worked at Universal Orlando playing "Captain America" has been arrested on charges of sending inappropriate text messages and nude photos to a 16-year-old girl.
James Alton, 29, was arrested Thursday in Maitland. Police said Alton told them he met the girl around three weeks ago while he was working at the theme park, according to his arrest affidavit.
After that, the report said the pair allegedly exchanged several inappropriate messages, and were even planning to meet up this week.
The victim said she told Alton she was only 16, police said.
Alton told investigators it was a bad decision and he didn't know what he was expecting to get in return from sending the nude pictures of himself.
A spokesman for Universal Orlando Resort said Alton has been suspended and will no longer be allowed on park property.
