Nemours is bringing its expertise in care for children to South Lake County with the opening of a Nemours Children’s Primary Care in Clermont.
The location will be at 1371 Citrus Tower Blvd.
Dr. Odett Stanley-Brown will lead the team at the new practice. She is a board-certified pediatrician who has provided health care for families in Florida for more than 25 years.
Stanley-Brown will provide a variety of pediatric services, from checkups and immunizations to sick visits and physicals.
Nemours has also expanded into pediatric urgent care with the recent purchase of five centers. Nemours Children's Urgent Care operates in Altamonte Springs, Dr. Phillips, Hunters Creek, Sanford and Waterford Lakes.
These locations will also share the electronic health record with the other components of the Nemours Children's Health System.
The Clermont location opens Monday, May 19. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Acute walk-in sick care for establishes patients is available 8-9 a.m. daily.
