A car caught fire on I-4 in Seminole County, briefly closing westbound lanes near Sanford and backing up traffic for more than a mile Friday evening.
The Florida Highway Patrol said all westbound lanes were blocked just before 8 p.m. at mile marker 102, after the St. Johns River Bridge.
Other drivers took photos as crews worked to put out the flames and clear the road.
The interstate reopened a short time later.
