Firefighters responding to a residential house fire early Friday morning discovered a large, indoor marijuana grow house.
Brevard County Fire Rescue responded to the home at 4085 Toby Ave., in Valkaria. While attempting to extinguish the fire, the marijuana plants were found.
Sheriff's Office deputies responded and found 213 marijuana plants. The investigation is ongoing, and charges are pending.
There were no injuries, and fire investigators are still trying to determine if the indoor grow operations attributed to the blaze.
