No charges will be filed against a Seminole County day care employee accused of sexually molesting a 4-year-old girl.
40-year-old Harry Rubin was arrested back in February after the child told her mother that he inappropriately touched her several times during nap time at the Legacy Academy Daycare Center in Sanford.
Originally charged with one count of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12, investigators issued a release and said there was not enough evidence to pursue charges against Rubin.
