Could former Florida Governor Jeb Bush enter the 2016 race for president?

The former governor says he is seriously considering a run for the White House, but has yet to make a decision.
Regardless, "JEB" bumper stickers are showing up all over the state. Supporters hope Governor Bush gets the idea they want him to run.
In fact, a group informally known as "Friends of Jeb" hope to talk him into a run.
The group is made up of Tallahassee-based alumni from the two terms of Governor Bush spent in office.
