Orange County deputies have taken two men into custody after an armed robbery at a CVS on Lake Underhill Road, near Dean Road.

Investigators said the men entered the store wearing ski masks just after 7 a.m. Friday and threatened employees and customers, including a young child, at gunpoint. No one was injured, deputies said.

The managers were forced to the back of the store to get money, according to deputies. Then the suspects ran off.

But, the 30 and 21-year-old suspects didn’t get away this time. From the 911 call to deputies showing up, it took less than a minute and a half to get these two suspects into custody.

Deputies apprehended the two men as they ran toward a vehicle, which was parked about two blocks away from the CVS. The suspects were not immediately identified.

This makes six early morning CVS robberies since the beginning of the yearwhere robbers go in around opening time, threaten employees and customers and take money.

Investigators said they found suspect's ski masks, a bag of money and the weapons believed to be used in the robbery shortly after the arrest.

Two weeks ago, there was a CVS robbery on West Colonial Drive. Deputies have not yet connected these suspects to that one. They do, however, believe these guys are responsible for other robberies in the area.
