The stalled front to our south continues to influence our weather pattern as we head into the weekend. As moisture lingers along the front, clouds will remain in place along with scattered showers.

Rain will generally be light throughout the afternoon. High temperatures will reach the mid to upper-60s north of Orlando, to low to mid-70s south.

Cloudy skies will linger overnight along with spotty showers. Low temperatures will hold in the mid- to upper 50s.

Few changes will be found on Saturday as low pressure offshore will keep rain around on Saturday. Skies will be overcast as daytime highs climb to the upper-60s to low-70s for most.

This low pressure eventually will lift northeastward dragging the front completely through the state. Behind this front, drier air will return starting Sunday and last into the start of the work week. Onshore winds will quickly develop, helping temperatures recover to the mid- to upper 70s. By mid-week, another storm system will head our way, increasing rain chances once again.
