A Volusia County teenager is under arrest following a road rage incident.

On Tuesday investigators say 18-year-old Jeremy Cagle got into an argument with another driver after an alleged road rage incident.

The other driver told deputies that during the argument Cagle placed his hand on a black pistol and implied he was going to use it.

The man called the Volusia County Sheriff's Office and reported the incident.

Cagle was arrested a short time later and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Carrying a Concealed Firearm.
