Three people were arrested Monday after police say they stole Dyson vacuum cleaners worth more than $600 from a Daytona Beach Target store.

Daytona Beach Police Department investigators say 40-year-old Dyan Turncliff was working with 43-year-old James Sayre and 36-year-old Theron Greer to steal from the Target off West International Speedway Boulevard on Monday.

Police said the loss prevention officer of the store recognized Turncliff and Sayre from surveillance video the night before of the two stealing vacuums.

Investigator said the two would add the stolen items to a shopping cart, bring the cart to the front of the store, leave the shopping cart up front and exit the store.

That's when investigators say Greer would come in and take the cart outside to a waiting car.

All three are facing grand theft charges.
