Election Day is less than 24 hours away, but many voters have already submitted their ballots. Several counties in Central Florida saw about 20 percent voter turnout in the days leading up to the election.

Brevard, Marion, Orange, Seminole and Volusia counties posted absentee ballots and early voting numbers (bold). Flagler only posted early voting numbers.

Lake, Osceola and Sumter didn't post any early voting numbers.

Out of 2,444,577 registered voters across Central Florida, 449,176 — or 18.37 percent — voted early.

Orange County Supervisor of Elections Bill Cowles said over the weekend that early voting and absentee voting was going so well that he expected there to be an extra 5 percent voter turnout. That would mean an additional 35,000 people casting their ballots in Orange County.

Only two counties, Brevard and Volusia, opened early voting for just eight days. The other counties conducted early voting for 10 or more days, including Flagler (13 days), Lake (13), Orange (14), Seminole (14), Marion (10), Osceola (10) and Sumter (12).
