The search is out right now for three men who police say took part in a gang rape of a Brevard County woman.

Two men – both brothers -- are already in custody.

Twenty-five-year-old Tyrone Rogers and 20-year-old Tyrel Rogers are charged with raping the woman back on September 25.

Investigators said Tyrone and the victim in her early 20s spoke by phone and he assured her they would be alone. He picked her up and then said he was stopping by a friend's house.

The victim later told investigators she thought it was a house near Fiske Boulevard and Fern Avenue. Once inside she said they left her alone, and she went to the bathroom. When she left the bathroom, the lights were off and five men forced her to perform sexual acts.

After it ended, the victim told investigators she put her clothes on and left.

In an interview after the incident, she told police where Tyrone lived, and later identified him and his brother Tyrel in a photo lineup as two of the men who attacked her.

Police say Tyrel admitted to having sex with the woman, but claims it was consensual. Tyrone said he was there but did not participate.

The other three men remain at large.

Both brothers remain in the Brevard County Jail on $70,000 bonds. No court date has been set.
