A new police report details how a girl was allegedly raped by six teenagers last week near Winter Springs High School.

Those teens, including five under the age of 18, were arrested Wednesday, charged with sexual battery and false imprisonment.

The report also said the victim took video of the actual incident. The report said the video shows the teens harassing her, asking her to perform sex acts, and that she can be heard saying no more than once, but that the boys just pushed harder.

Winter Springs police said the victim thought she was going to McDonald's with two of the suspects. Instead they took her to a wooded area.

Police said the video recorded on her iPod shows the young men circling her asking her to perform sex acts and that she said no several times. Then one of the suspects said it was his birthday.

“When somebody says no, they don’t want to participate in any of this activity, you need to be wise enough to know that ok, no means no,” said Winter Springs Police Chief Kevin Brunelle.

Police also collected DNA evidence, which was sent to FDLE for testing.

We went to the homes of several suspects to talk to their parents for their side of the story. We got no answers. However a friend of some of the suspects denied the charges.

“We are going to support our boys, cause we know they didn’t do it,” said the friend, who did not want to be identified.

At least three of the suspects are players on the Winter Springs High School football team, according to the team's official roster.

Torreano Batton, 18, of Sanford, was one of six arrested. News 13 is not naming the other five suspects, per the station's Crime Guidelines.

Seminole County Public Schols released the following statement in regard to the case:

School officials have been notified by the Winter Springs Police Department of the arrest of several young men. We cannot be specific as to any action taken by the school due to student confidentiality. Additionally, the school system has appropriate programs in place to meet the needs of any affected students.

The five teens being held at the detention center will appear in front of a judge in juvenile court Thursday afternoon. And 18-year-old Batton, the only adult, will appear in front of a judge in Seminole County court Thursday afternoon as well.
