A man is facing charges in Seminole County after throwing a child into a pool.
Deputies arrested 38-year-old Mathew Culbertson and charged him with child abuse without great bodily harm.
They said Culbertson and the child got into an argument over homework Monday.
It turned physical and that's when Culbertson allegedly threw the child into the pool.
The child received minor injuries in the incident.
