Thursday marks eight years since two men were gunned down at an Osceola County apartment complex.

Around 4:45 a.m. Nov. 20, 2006, police said Alejandro Rivera and Hector Santiago were confronted by three or four Hispanic males in the parking lot of the Willows Village apartments, 1640 W. Carroll St.

The victims were shot multiple times.

The suspects were described as in their late teens to mid-20s. They fled in a small, light-colored vehicle with black bumpers and an estimated 1985 to 1990 model year.
