A Lake County man is facing charges after police said he recorded himself harassing women as they shopped and then posted the videos online.

The Clermont Police Department arrested 26-year-old Hector Rivera after a Walmart employee approached an officer and told him her story. She said she witnessed Rivera recording her on his cell phone while saying inappropriate things to her.

Police said they found the video on YouTube and Facebook and arrested Rivera.

He is charged with battery and disorderly conduct and released from the Lake County Jail on bond.
