Two women have been arrested, accused of soliciting a deputy for sex in Osceola County, one of them a registered felon with previous prostitution arrests.

According to the arrest report, undercover deputies responded to an online advertisement for escort services, and one a deputy made arrangements to meet with a female.

That female, later identified as Ana Gil-Marin, 26, Jacksonville, introduced the deputy to Marly Diaz-Bastidas, 26, who's previous arrests included prostitution charges. Investigators say the women solicited the deputy for sex for an agreed upon amount before both women were arrested and taken into custody.

Deputies say they recovered $1,249 in cash and other evidence that showed the women were soliciting prostitution. Based on that evidence and their statements to investigators, both women were arrested and charged with prostitution and engaging in lewdness.

Both were booked into the Osceola County Jail.
