More than 50 reservists are now home after a mission in East Africa -- members of the 920th Rescue Wing based at Patrick Air Force Base.

And they got a special welcome home greeting from their families when they arrived after a 120 mission Thursday afternoon.

The "citizen" airmen provided support for personnel recovery operations and assigned humanitarian efforts in the Horn of Africa region.

The reservists were not in the area of Ebola concerns in Africa -- but received advanced training in case that changed.

The 920th is the Air Force Reserve's only combat search and rescue unit.
