The Seminole County State Attorney's Office said have recommended the death penalty for the man convicted of murdering his wife.
A Seminole County jury found Dwayne White guilty of First Degree murder in the death of his wife Sarah Rucker.
Her body was found in the parking lot of a Longwood fast food restaurant in August of 2011.
The state attorney's office said it could take the judge up to two months to decide whether to take the jury's recommendation.
