Gas prices have dropped to under $3 a gallon across Central Florida and are expected to continue decreasing.
According to AAA, the national average for a gallon of unleaded gasoline is $3.05, down 6 cents from last week.
In Central Florida, the average is $2.97 a gallon.
Experts say it all because of a decrease in the price of crude oil.
The trend is expected to continue, but some analysts say additional drops in prices will be minimal.
