The ramp from southbound State Road 417 in Orange County to eastbound State Road 408 is closed for paving starting Sunday night.
The ramp closes at 10 p.m. and is expected to remain closed until 5 a.m. Monday.
Message boards and detour signs will be posted to help drivers.
The work is part of a nearly $3 million repaving project.
