A Volusia County man is facing several charges including voyeurism after deputies said he was caught peeping into a woman's window.
The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called to a home on Wycliffe Street early Saturday morning and found 67-year-old Vernon Page Jr. looking into a bedroom window.
Deputies said the zipper on his pants was down and he tried to run, but was chased down and arrested.
According to the arrest report, he claimed he was looking for a suspicious person he saw in the yard but could not describe what that person looked like.
Page was charged with resisting an officer without violence, voyeurism and loitering or prowling.
