Toho Water Authority has announced that Armstrong Boulevard in Kissimmee between Columbia Avenue and U.S. 192 will be shut down starting tomorrow.
Crews will be replacing a manhole and gravity wastewater mains.
The replacement project is expected to be complete in about five weeks.
