The Amber Alert issued out of Orange County early Saturday morning has been cancelled after the 4-month-old girl was found unharmed, police said.

Layvionna Nygard Taylor was located by detectives late Saturday morning with Tacarion Thomas, 31, of Orlando.

The child and Thomas were sleeping at Thomas' friend's house. The man told detectives he didn't contact the child's mother because his cell phone died.

Thomas learned about the Amber Alert from friends, which prompted him to call police, according to detectives.

The child was unharmed. The Department of Children and Families and detectives are currently with the family.

No charges will be filed at this time, police said.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued the Amber Alert earlier Saturday morning after the child was last seen Friday in the area of 5780 Major Blvd. and Kirkman Road, in Orlando.
