A Lady Lake man and a woman were jailed Wednesday morning, accused of having sex in public because, as they allegedly told deputies, they had no other place to go.
Sumter County deputies said they caught James Adams, 47, and Charm Gilbert, 40, naked on top of an electric box at the intersection of Morse Boulevard and El Camino Real, near The Villages Regional Hospital.
Someone working in the area saw Adams and Gilbert and called deputies.
Adams and Gilbert were arrested for indecent exposure and disturbing the peace.
