A firefighter was arrested in Volusia County Tuesday, accused of raping a woman.
Deltona firefighter Terry Freeman is being held without bond since his arrest New Year's Eve.
The sheriff's office said Freeman was off-duty when the attack occurred. He's been charged with sexual battery with a deadly weapon.
We reached out to the Deltona fire department. The deputy chief told us the department had no comment on Freeman's arrest.
