George Zimmerman was pulled over by Lake Mary Police for speeding Tuesday.

The Lake Mary Police Department said Zimmerman was stopped for speeding on Rinehart Road at 10:35 a.m.

Police said he was going 60 mph in a 45 mph zone. Zimmerman was given a citation for $256.

This is the second time that Zimmerman has been pulled over for speeding since being found not guilty in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

On July 28, Zimmerman was stopped for speeding in Forney, Texas. The state patrol report said Zimmerman was given a warning and sent on his way.

As opposed to that instance, police say Zimmerman did not have agun in his vehicle.
