A Seminole County woman is facing charges of misusing 911 after she called the emergency line at least eight times within an hour.
Operator: 911, Do you need police fire, or medical?
Caller: I don't need either! And I had called you to get a number for a non-emergency, and now my phone won't call out. It says emergency numbers only.
Operator: OK, that's something you have…
Caller: And you're the only person I can call!
Operator: Unfortunately, that's something you're going to have to call your phone company for, we can't help with that.
Caller: I can't even do that!
Investigators said Kellie Williams was trying to get a non-emergency number because she wanted her boyfriend removed from the home they share.
Instead, she ended up calling 911 continuously because her phone was stuck in the emergency mode.
Investigators said she demanded someone fix her phone and even cursed at one of the 911 operators.
